Non-accessible content

The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons.

Non-compliance

Several elements of non-compliance are described in this document, some of which are recurrent on several pages:

  • Some text is provided as an image without a CSS-based alternative.
  • Some frame titles are present but irrelevant.
  • Some text does not have sufficient contrast against its background.
  • Some components or graphical elements do not have sufficient contrast against their background.
  • Some media (audio, video) lack text transcripts or audio descriptions.
  • Some table row or column headers are not correctly defined.
  • The labels of some links, combined with their context, do not make their function or destination clear.
  • Some interface components are not compatible with screen readers.
  • Some status messages are not correctly conveyed to screen readers.
  • Some pages contain invalid source code—issues include syntax errors, improper opening/closing or nesting of elements, and non-unique `id` attributes.
  • The titles of some pages are not relevant.
  • Some language changes are not indicated in the source code (via the `lang` attribute).
  • Some HTML tags are used solely for visual presentation purposes.
  • On some pages, information is not appropriately structured using headings (e.g., `h1`, `h2`, etc.).
  • Some lists are not marked up as such.
  • Some non-obvious links are not highlighted—lacking a contrasting color or a visual change when focused via keyboard or hovered over with a mouse.
  • For some elements, the focus indicator is not visible during keyboard navigation.
  • Some content is hidden when the screen width is 320px.
  • Some form fields lack labels.
  • Some related form fields are not grouped together.
  • Some form buttons lack relevant labels. On some pages, the tab order is inconsistent.
  • Certain office documents are inaccessible and lack an alternative.
