Training is a major component to enable healthcare professionals to feel comfortable administering oxygen therapy.

Even after a live training, it is common for caregivers to still have questions about medical oxygen. To meet this need, the Oxygen Academy platform was set up.

Propos : The feedback that we've received from the nurses is that the academy not only refreshes their knowledge on oxygen therapy, but they also learn new skills, such as how to safely connect a pressure regulator or when to use a mask or nasal cannula. The nurses are able to apply their learnings soon after the training, and it has improved the way in which they administer oxygen to patients.

Propos : One of the key things that I learned on this platform is how to safely transfer a patient to a hospital, ensuring that the patient's sats, or saturation levels, are read, ensuring that you use the correct cylinder to transfer a patient, as well as ensuring that there is enough oxygen for the patient till they get to the next level or the next point of care, which is the hospital.
